When going on job interviews should you remove facial piercings? I’ve gone on two interviews with my nose ring in. I actually forget about it until they say that if I work there I can not wear my nose ring. They don’t make a big deal about it they just say it’s dress code. Does it look more professional to remove before interviews though ?
No, I don’t think you have to remove and go without jewelry for an interview, however maybe you could replace the ring with a stud.Today, a vast majority of people of all ages have piercings and tattoos, me included so it’s not to “freak showish” as it was 20 years ago. However, minimizing the ring with stud may make you look a bit less edgy to a potential employer and a bit more professional.
