Hey one tough muther,

I’m trying to watch my diet and lose some of this extra weight so I wanted to stop drinking. BUT I do love my wine, I know they say one glass is fine do you think it’s one of those things that’s not true ? Do you think I’ll still lose weight with one glass of wine a night?

If you enjoy a glass of wine at night there should be no reason to stop, incorporate the calories into your diet. I am constantly watching my diet however I love my glass of Cabernet in the evening after dinner, so I enjoy it. I believe a successful, healthy diet is one where you don’t deprive yourself of certain pleasures. Eat healthy, watch your sugar intake and exercise regularly, whether it’s in a gym or simple walking, running or dancing whatever gets you moving. These lifestyle changes can be easy keys to getting and staying healthy.
