After workouts-especially cardio I get really light headed. It feels like the floor is tilting . Almost like I’m buzzed after drinking. I have water with me and drink after each workout so do you know what’s going on or what will help?

You are either not breathing correctly or you are not hydrating enough during the day, before, during and after.
Drink fluids throughout the day to prevent dehydration, and drink small amounts of water or low calorie sports drinks during exercise. Use sports drinks with 6 to 8 percent carbohydrate to re-hydrate and replenish electrolytes, especially if you exercise intensely or for prolonged periods. Low blood pressure may be another reason so make sure you have that checked of your breathing and hydration improvement doesn’t help.
